• RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
• The bharatopticals.in provides You a exchange opportunity on your purchase through the website, in the event you are unhappy you’re your purchase provided You meet with the following conditions:
• (a) The request for exchange should be raised within 15 days of the delivery of the products from our Website/Store.
• (c) The product should not have been any dirt or scratches or tear or in short should not be rendered unsellable.
• (d) You need to mention your order number, the date of order.
• (e) Ensure that the return package is appropriately sealed and sent to the Company as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy will cease to be applicable.
• (f) The Company has a dedicated team which will check the returned products and their decision of your request will be final to accept or reject.

• Replacement process can be done only once on an order.
• Frame, lens or both will be replaced in 15 days replacement policy.
• If the price of the item to be replaced is equal to or less than the old (the item being replaced) no other fee will be charged.
• If the price of the item to be replaced is greater than the old (the item being replaced) , a different amount will be charged.
• Paid policy
• If the glasses don~t have any technical or mechanical defect and still the customer wants to change them, in that case 40% of the total amount of the product will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded or used for replacement. It will be necessary to return all the items (frame, lenses, box, cloth, any other gift items and voucher etc) provided by Bharat Opticals. If any goods cannot be returned due to any reason, then the money for those goods will be deducted from the remaining amount (eg. for:- Box = 100, Cloth = 20, Spray = 99)
• If the customer is unable to return any of the given items along with the product, then the money for those items will be deducted from the remaining amount.
• Note: -
• For Free frame/lenses/accessories replacement, it is necessary to have a manufacturer defect or any technical defect in the frame/lenses/accessories.
• For Paid frame/lenses/accessories replacement, it is not necessary to have a manufacturer defect or any technical defect in the frame/lenses/accessories, it can be done according to customers choice.
Lenses replacement
• Lenses will be replaced for the following reasons
• In case of non-receipt of glasses number as per the prescription
• In case of coating mismatch.
• In case of coating peel off.
• If any other technical or mechanical problem is found
• Note:- Scratches, Chip off or other handling defects not covered in policy.
• Repair policy
• Bharat Opticals dedicated to our customers, We will provide best possible services from our end.
• We Provide 6 month hassle free repairing( missing screw, loose frame correction, loose lenses correction, misaligned frame correction and adaptation)
• Note:- We will try our best to provide you excellent service, but we are not responsible for any damage during repairs.
• All return or replacement will be accepted within 15 days of delivery and 25 days of order date.
• Handling defects (scratched, tilted, exchanged parts or any second party action) will not be eligible for return or replacement process.
Partial order (like frame only, lenses only or half pair lenses only) will not be eligible for any return, replacement or warranty process.

Note:- Customer should take his
order before one month of booked order, after 1 month we dis-mental that
order and we will not responsible for particular booked ordered power, product
or received amount. The timeline started from date of booking to 30 days of
booking day. Customer will not get any
service like re-order, replace, return, cashback advance amount refund, store
credit or any other kind of services regarding that particular order.
